RackemJoe Promotions and Live Stream was founded by Joe Watson out of a simple but powerful conviction: competitive pocket billiards deserves a bigger stage. Based in Greenwood, Indiana, Rack'em Joe has grown from a grassroots streaming operation into one of the Midwest's most recognized billiards media brands.
What started with a camera phone and a love for the game has evolved into a full production operation — delivering broadcast-quality coverage of tournaments, cash games, and community events to audiences across the country and around the world.
With over 300 streams, 261+ YouTube videos, and a growing presence on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch, Rack'em Joe is the home of Heartland pool — and a voice for the grassroots billiards community everywhere.

The Tour
Heartland Area Billiards Tour
Now in its 11th season — and its first as the Heartland Area Billiards Tour — the tour is the region's premier competitive pool circuit. Created by Joe Watson and co-directed alongside Brian Gregg, it brings together players of all skill levels through a Fargo-rated handicap system.
The tour runs multiple stops each season at venues across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. With Fargo-rated handicapped brackets, real added money, and professional streaming coverage, the Heartland Area Billiards Tour delivers tournament competition at its best.
Across 50+ events and 11 seasons, the tour has become the standard for competitive pool across the Heartland — backed by a growing roster of sponsors.
